Roger attended Northeast Bible College, graduated from Evangel College with a BA in Biblical Studies.
He graduated from Drury University Breech School of Business with a Masters in Business Administration.
He also earned 21 Guidance and Counseling graduate credits in studies at Southwest Missouri State University and 15 Decision Sciences graduate credits in studies at Georgia State University.
Roger is a licensed minister with the Eastern Regional Conference of the Churches of God, General Conference.
Roger and his wife Yvonne moved to Catlett, VA in January of 2015 from Tyrone, PA.
Roger retired from the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board after 37 years in January of 2015 as an Information Technology Specialist.
Roger retired from Hollidaysburg First Church of God in January of 2015 where he served as part-time pastor for 8 years.
